3. Services Provided
Freeman Embroidery specialises in personalised and custom-embroidered clothing, including workwear, jackets, polos, and promotional garments.
All embroidery work is customised to order based on the customer’s approved design or logo.
4. Orders & Artwork

All designs, logos, or artwork must be approved by the customer before production begins.

Once production starts, no changes can be made to the design, garment colour, or quantity.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all spelling, colours, and logo placements before approval.

We reserve the right to refuse any design that contains offensive, discriminatory, or copyrighted material without permission.
5. Payment Terms

Full payment (or a deposit, where agreed) must be received before production begins.

Payment can be made by cash, bank transfer, or online methods where available.

Prices are quoted in Euro (€) and may include VAT, depending on your order type.
6. Turnaround & Delivery

Standard turnaround time is 7–10 working days from artwork approval, depending on order size.

We offer fast delivery options when possible.

Delays may occur due to stock availability, supplier delays, or factors beyond our control (e.g. courier delays).

Shipping costs will be clearly stated before order confirmation.
7. Cancellations & Returns

Because all items are custom-made, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun.

Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

We will replace or repair any item that is proven defective due to our error or manufacturing fault.

Sizing errors or customer mistakes in artwork approval are not eligible for return or refund.
8. Quality & Colour Disclaimer
We take great care to ensure consistency in thread colours and garment shades. However:

Minor colour variations may occur due to monitor settings, lighting, or supplier differences.

Embroidery positioning may vary slightly within standard tolerances.
9. Intellectual Property
By submitting artwork or logos, you confirm that you own or have permission to use them. Freeman Embroidery is not responsible for any copyright infringements related to customer-supplied artwork.
10. Liability
Freeman Embroidery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
11. Privacy
Customer information is used only to process orders and will never be shared with third parties, except where required for delivery or payment processing.
